Following the discussions with the ISIS Arts co-director Sharon Bailey and Deputy Head of School of Design of Leeds University Prf. Kenneth G. Hay in Bulgaria at the Water Tower Arts Fest 2010 in June, M. Tonoyan-President of the "Akos" Cultural NGO, is invited to visit the University of Leeds and the ISIS Arts artist led visual and media arts organization in Newcastle, to give a talk about “Akos” Art Centre and artistic activities in Armenia.
